How do we determine the best listing price for your home?

 

Lisa performs a three step process on your property

1.  A Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) is conducted to determine what similar properties have sold for recently within a certain distance to your home and what homes are currently on the market in your area.

2.  A thorough walk-thru and inspection of your home is performed to determine which features add value to the CMA results and if necessary what items need to be improved.

3.  Current market condition are evaluated and used to adjust the final listing price for your home.
