Lisa performs a three step process on your property
- A Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) is conducted to determine what similar properties have sold for recently within a certain distance to your home and what homes are currently on the market in your area.
- A thorough walk-thru and inspection of your home is performed to determine which features add value to the CMA results and if necessary what items need to be improved.
- Current market condition are evaluated and used to adjust the final listing price for your home.
